We partner with grassroots changemakers who are driven by spiritual values to co-create solutions with those impacted by social challenges.
We believe that efforts grounded in spiritual values such as unity, love, justice, compassion, kindness and empathy go beyond solving immediate problems and nurture human connections that make real, lasting change possible. We also believe that true transformation emerges from the ground up, shaped by the lived experience, wisdom and leadership of communities themselves.
Our role is to walk alongside these powerful agents of transformation, to empower rather than impose, to amplify rather than redefine their vision.

Who We Are
OGF began as a simple idea conceived by a husband-and-wife team inspired by the principles of the Bahá’í Faith to promote positive change within communities.
OGF is guided by a diverse team representing various backgrounds and faiths, all united in the belief that despite our differences, we share a common origin and a shared humanity.
Guided by timeless qualities of the human spirit, we look to make decisions through consultation, drawing on the collective wisdom of the group.
